This is the fuller context of the previous photo. That windmill is not out in the country. It is right next to I-35 in Olathe, KS (Kansas City) outside the Machine Shed restaurant, where the food is pretty darn good. A distinct farm theme, which fortunately extends to the cuisine very effectively.
