Teleatlas car

We saw this curious vehicle on our walk last weekend. Note the apparatus on the roof. The driver dug getting photographed -- you probably can't see that he's giving thumbs up. You can check out the company's story at www.teleatlas.com. There's a cool flash video featuring that bird with rider.
